Cipriano is a real estate investor, project manager and entrepreneur. Cipriano specializes in organizing robust teams to source properties and businesses, analyze financials, and develop/execute strategic plans to maximize asset value.
Cip realized the power of real estate investing 18 year ago when he started building his single family real estate portfolio while working full time as a project manager and foreman in the commercial and industrial sector. Cip has extensive experience in new construction and large renovations where he ensured projects were completed on time and under budget.
Cip is dedicated to his wife, two daughters and constant self improvement. This combination led him to find the power investing in multi family real estate to create a better life today and not in some distant future that may never arrive.
Through team building and strategic planning we acquire assets that produce strong cashflow after stabilization and creates business plans that force appreciates our Real Estate assets, producing strong returns and reducing risk to our partners.
Brad Wuerstle
Principal Partner
Brad is a scientist, teacher, systems expert and entrepreneur. Founder of several companies Brad has a passion for creating and refining systems to maximize efficiency and reach organizational objectives.
Brad received his Bachelors of Science from the University of Pittsburgh and is certified to teach science, math, and physics. Brad moved to Alaska for 5 years where he traveled the world as a survival instructor and was on the Rescue team on Denali. During this time he also opened a mortgage company and taught the power of arbitrage.
After returning home to his friends and family in Bucks County Pa, Brad became a certified home energy auditor then, designed and built a passive solar, sustainable, eco-friendly, timber-framed home. Every aspect of the house including the radiant floor heat and geothermal system was designed and installed by Brad.
After the house was complete Brad started a new teaching position. With in 2 years Brad became an administrator of the school, creating systems for out-reach, admissions and other day to day activities. He not only teaches math and science but mindfulness and meditation.
Today Brad specializes in structuring multi-family real estate deals and takes a systematic approach to refine systems operations in each asset to surpass investor expectations.
