Cip realized the power of real estate investing 20+ years ago when he started building his single family real estate portfolio while working full time as a project manager and foreman in the commercial and industrial construction sector. Cip has extensive experience in new construction and large renovations where he ensured projects were completed on time and under budget.
Cip is dedicated to his wife, two daughters and self improvement. Always networking and staying active in the investment and business community to keep up with all new trends and stay well aware of new opportunities. This combination led him to find the power of multi family real estate and service businesses to create multiple streams of income.
Through team building and strategic planning Cip acquires assets and creates business plans that force appreciate assets by raising NOI and reducing expenses where possible while implementing SOPs and carefully monitoring KPIs reducing risk to our investors and partners.
